At Speccasa Decor, we strive to deliver your orders safely and on time across India. Please review our shipping terms below.
🚚 Shipping Charges
1️⃣ Orders Below ₹499
A flat shipping charge of ₹60 will be applicable on both Prepaid and COD orders.
2️⃣ Orders ₹500 & Above
Free Shipping on prepaid orders.
If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD), a small COD handling fee will be charged.
📦 Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation.
Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered working days.
⚠️ Large items such as furniture pieces or oversized artificial plants may require additional delivery time.
📍 Serviceable Locations
We deliver to most locations across India through reliable courier partners such as:
· Delhivery
· Blue Dart
· DTDC
· Amazon Shipping
· Professional courier
We currently service approximately 19,000+ pincodes across India.
Some remote areas may:
Not be serviceable, or
Require additional delivery charges
Customers from North-East India and Jammu & Kashmir:
Additional shipping charges may apply
Orders must be Prepaid only (COD not available)
Please contact us before placing bulk or remote-area orders for confirmation.
💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
COD facility is available for orders up to ₹3,999 only.
COD Charges:
₹100 for orders between ₹495 – ₹2,500
₹150 for orders between ₹2,501 – ₹3,998
⚠️ Important Notes
Once an order is dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed.
If an incorrect address was entered during checkout, we can reship the order after it is returned to us. Reshipping charges will apply.
If an order is cancelled after dispatch, applicable shipping and processing charges will be deducted from the refund.
